Pots and pans have bottoms that are made of hermetically encapsulated copper disks sealed into the 7-PlyMaterial®. This base construction increases the heat-conducting cooking surface to 33% larger than traditional Cookware. No fats, dirt, or water can permeate the strong welds of 18/10 stainless steel that holds each base in place. TriplInduc®, triple alloy applied to the exterior bottoms increases induction efficiency approximately 30%, and keeps bases flat over a lifetime of use without warping.
